Same here! RallyX lends itself extremely well to videogames... and online racing carnage.

Very cool looking site! I can find twelve references of the word "dirt" (most in close relationship to the number 3 and something called "showdown") in the document object model of the games page, no references to "drt" or "exe" or 4 for that matter.

Didn't the FFB patch come out this week for PC Dirt 3 already? Seems like I saw the update on Steam but haven't seen any announcement or any talk of it here in the Codies forum? Did it really happen?

I wonder who posts on behalf of that account - could it be @justbiglee ? Both exhibit similair traits of loving to torture people who are keen to hear some news :)

I'd be surprised if Codies released a console/PC Overlord game. They were supposed to focus on racing titles only, so I suspect this will be a game for mobiles.

Or... and here's a bit of crazy speculation - all this jazz about Overlord (tweets, news, even a produced video) is just a cover up so that a HUGE surprise announcement about the next DiRT game fools everyone! :D But people wouldn't despair, since a DiRT game will be coming out!  Wach out at 2pm!

Or... a mobile game will be released...

The World Rallycross comment on Facebook has really got my hopes up: I have got everything crossed that we see the World Championship properly represented in a game!

According to IGN it will be available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC for £14.99 / $19.99 / €19.99 so I think it will be a digital release only. The lower price means a lower investment for CM (compared to a $60 full project like DiRT).

My first thought is outside UK, but then Codie's employs 300+ people they all can't be working on F1 and we know the DiRT team is very small.  

Looking at some of the credits in the DiRT games. It seems they source out some or all of the 3D modeling to KL and Malta (if I am putting some of the names to the country's correctly?)  

Question that comes to my mind is roughly how many are employed at each location to make up the 300+ workforce?

Yeah its the Southam studio making it. For those who have been they are in the room that is directly under the DiRT studio. 

The Overlord team aren't that dissimilar to the DiRT team. Small group of really cool people who are super passionate about the game they are making. :)
