It's the middle of summer here and my broken window faces the sunset so approximately 115% of the 40 degree heat just blows right on through. Doesn't stop me from playing with triples on my stupidly OC'd and probably undercooled 960 and 8350 with my wheel.
I hate this hell hole. There comes a certain point where fans just blow hot air at you and it really doesn't help at all. The AC vent over my door blows about 12 inches and just gets shut down immediately by the oppressive heat.
I've never looked more like Striker, and it doesn't help my drinking problem I attained after helping some poor Africans learn to play basketball.

Pretty much. Occasionally I like to go get a refill of my 5 gallon bucket for water and it's like hitting a brick wall of cold just outside my door.
Best part is, for like 12 hours a day it's too hot to think, which makes you tired, but then you're hot and sweaty and that's all you think about so you can't sleep.

No, you aren't the only one! The karts and Pro2 trucks have been the biggest challenge for me so far. I started driving the karts like circuit racers and I iimediately got a lot faster. They do snap though and, although you can slide them, they are way more predictable if you keep it clean.

The 2001 WRCar livery was awarded to me relatively early in the rally career. I am now about 70% through the rally career and I was awarded an alternate (Prodrive) livery for the NR4 Impreza last night.

I am yet to get/see the 555 livery for the Group A car. That's the one I really want, but it's not popped up in the classified yet so I suspect it won't come until later in the career!

Then every kind of problem, but during Winter it is freezing cold, meanwhile in summer is burning hot, 40°C isnt too weird, some places in the country can go as high as 50°C

In Latvia it's pretty nice right now, about +15°C (we had a bit stormy weather the last few days, it brought the temps down a bit, before that it was about 25°C). Usually it reaches about +30°C in summer and -20°C in winter

Eh, so far today it's only 46 degrees. Not too bad actually. We complain when it hits 50 or so. There's some storms brewing up so the humidity is fluctuating. Lemme tell you, 115 degrees with 30% humidity really sucks.

I might be a weirdo for noticing that but the braking light of the Escort RS Cosworth isn't the same as the one in real life. It's the same for the Focus RS 2007. Do any of you know why this is like that?

The whole front of the Focus '01 is slightly... skewed. In other words inaccuracies in the 3D models and their textures. There are a lot of similar issues in DR as well and probably older DiRT titles as well, along with other games, just that... most don't notice them and fixing them would often require extra resources spent and what not. Expenses for things only few people notice and are bothered with are things that the accountants don't care.

On that note, I remember that NFS Hot Pursuit 2010 had quite inaccurate rear of the Porsche Carrera GT.

Edit2: After some thoughts, I guess Steam decompress NEFS files, updates what needed and compress it back, 40GB required for 600MB update would explain it.
