Because that's an Audi with a non-official livery
I thought the EKS Audi is a private team? Not officially Audi so no livery problems like with the S1 E2 , no?

- Looks like the Pug 208 WRX is updated to 2018 spec (earlier clips showed a 2016 D4 spec)
- Super 1600 RX class so far the same cars as D4.
- Driver names seems still incorrect in races.
- Hyundai i20
- In this pre-build there are 38 Rally class spots
- At the RX Supercars it seems 7 cars (spots) for the pre-build. So that could mean for no Ibiza, no DS3, no Focus and no Polo (Marklund) return from D4. That would be a shame for those models which actually competed in WRX/ERX/ARX :( Still it is a pre-build.
Where was the Hyundai? Was that WRX or R5?

I’m not too bothered about the mustang and Camaro to be honest, they sound like they will be pretty fun to try and drive down the stages!
I have no idea anymore why I wrote the i20. I think i was writing it for something else and it appeared in this

Like Higgins STI WRX STI VT18R (assuming you are thinking of the 2018 ARA car)
or the 2007 WRC STI (Hawkeye) Impreza S12b WRC
or the 99-00 Subaru who shall not be named Impreza S5 WRC
In order to be a true AWD fetishist your model code skills need to be on point.

If you look the listing of the categories:
...(probably all historic here)... > Group B (4WD) > R2 > Group A > NR4/R4 > R5

26 - ...
27 - Ford Escort (Gr. A)
28 - Subaru WRX STI (NR4)
29 - Mitsubishi Lancer Evo X (NR4)
30 - Ford Fiesta R5
31 - Peugeot 208 R5
32 - Mitsubishi R5
33 - Skoda Fabia R5
34 - Citroën C3 R5
35 - Volkswagen Polo R5
36 - ...
37 - ...
38 - ...

3 cars, could nbe the 2000cc class. Or the i20 and the 2x Kitcar (if they return)?

Hmm, the last three spots are I think for the RGT (Porsche / Mustang / Camaro), so no 2000cc and Kitcars than.

So? I just listed three I liked, also because different drive train setups. But when it comes to it, I am an AWD fetishist, so I would obviously prefer if production time goes more to those classes than to RWD.

or the 00 Hyundai Accent
or the 90s Evo IV
or eve something more for NR4, like the new NR4-Kit Clio:
My bad I thought you were speaking about suggestion of cars that could fit rgt in general.

EKS were originally a privateer team, but had works support in 2017 and 2018.

If I recall correctly the lack of official backing was the reason why the S1 hasn't appeared in previous DiRT titles.

Quoting Thor here: All names are made up!
It is never important how things are called as long as you precisely know, what you mean. I know the inner workings of some complicated machinery without knowing every part by name, but knowing what it does and how it does it.

@Babz03 has just picked out the Integrale in that latest video, bringing the total number of confirmed cars to 45 (including the pre-order Porsche).

But wouldn't then the RGT icon be on top with all the other classes?
Could be there are 3 more R5's yet to be revealed. Which is a very tight list

Citroen Ds3 R5
Hyundai i20 R5
Opel Adam R5
Proton Iriz R5
Toyota Eotis R5

A lot of these are very unlikely for various reasons, but it will be interesting to see if they appear or not

I just realized the i20 is not included in the 6 we know. Thought it would be in sure.
... well I just hope it carries over from D4. It's IMHO the best looking R5 and my most driven in D4.
What do I drive otherwise in that class?!? Guess the Polo or Fabia actually, although I find their middle exhaust really weird...

Might be "off-screen" as "classes filter" seems to travel further (since we can see the group B icon, yet we know there are more historic classes)
Or it might just be the event selected which doesn't allow RGT cars.

Great video, two Super 1600's cars and the Mitsubishi R5 spotted already!
6x R5s!! Holy moly
... Wait until you see what's in the GT class. And this is just at launch!  :D :D
Cool, really looking forward to this class; hopefully it develops further in DLC Season 3 and 4

Also, just to let you know, your "just at launch" comment means I've not lost all hopes for he Hyundai R5's return just yet!

So far, and by looking at the order of the car groups, the 2000cc should be in between the Group A and NR4, but it isnt. So that may mean there's no 2000cc at all at launch and they're saving it for DLC, which would be quite a smart strategy to sell as they are highly demanded cars and this time maybe the group could come with more than just a Focus 2001 and Impreza 2001. The Focus 07 inclusion doesn't make much sense and it ruins the 2001 cars competition.
A smart move would be putting the Evo VI on the 2000cc as well.

Didn't @ChristinaMc did say that the press build was an almost complete version of the game? Could they be saving something to reveal closer to release?

The Evo VI have already been showcased though which currently places it in Group A again.

As you say, the 2007 Focus doesn't make sense in a class filled with 2001 cars, but I would still miss it. It's a great car to drive and they really nailed the unique sound that car makes.

Yes, and a part of me hopes that. But looking at the confirmed cars, we are nearing the 50 mark and there's still no signs of a 2000cc class, at best with the same 2 2001 cars from DiRT 4 and DiRT Rally. People were expecting at least 1 new car there, such as the Peugeot 206, or the move of the Lancer to that group, and were expecting the 97-2000 version of the Impreza as well.

Still, there's room for the coming DLCs that are already confirmed in the next 6 months and I just hope this game is at least as successful as DR1 so we can keep building on this one.

No offence, but if people were “expecting” a 97-2000 Subaru they only have themselves to blame. I was hoping for the Evo VI to move up and an Evo III to join Group A, but wishing and expecting are very different things.

I’m also hoping DLC is successful and keeps going for a while, but as already a team leader half of the cars in it are semi-confirmed as RX ones, it remains to be seen what’s in it for the rally fan. But like yourself, I look forward to finding out - just trying to not my hopes up too much (c’mon two rally locations!)...

Well the official word is "over 50 cars", so if that number is in excess of 55 I think there is still hope for a 2000cc class.

I agree with the reasoning for moving the Evo 6 but, unless there is an earlier Evo coming (to add to Group A), then I'm expecting to see the Evo 6 in the same place.
