I thought consoles were 1080p max, with the Xbox normally only hitting 900p?
Ah, we're talking about very different things there.
I was talking about texture resolution, not the actual image rendering on the TV.

The car textures in the PC version of DiRT Rally are what we call 4K, but not the same 4K as the TV standard.
TV 4K is a 16:9 format. 3840 pixels × 2160
When people say 4K in relation to textures, they mean 4096x4096 (Textures have followed the most standard multiples. 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128, 256, 512, 1024, 2048, 4096, 8192, etc)
Texture resolution is one of PC's greatest strengths vs console.
It doesn't have to mean super high quality, crisp textures though. Some devs would use a single 4K texture, but fill it with lots of smaller parts.

Looks like a mix of old footage and quite a bit of new stuff. I saw Colin's MKII livery in addition to what SkyRex listed.

Mini rallycross looks like an absolute riot!

I guess what's happened there. Butterfly Stone uses a bunch of trailers to fulfill a video of their song. I am not sure if they are aware that at least one of them was not yet realised.

I know, but they are not under the FIA RX license. If they have it in RX why not in rally too?

Let's gossip about the Renault 5 Turbo. It looks like the "Cevennes" version, released in early 80's before the Group B "Tour de Corse" as an evolution of the original Group 4 (called by some historians "822"). So my question is, it will be a 70's or RWD Group B competitor?
In my opinion, the "Cevennes" it's closer to the Gr.4homologation model.
The same I think about the Alpine. The 1600S for me  it's 70's car. As I can see in the video, the game version doesn't have the front radiator and grille that makes it sexier.

I think more RX circuits is a big need. It's a GREAT idea different categories of RX. A monobrand Mini for beginners is sooo nice. Then the Corsa/207/Clio. But remember we have only 3 RX circuits.
In my opinion I am happy with this car list for a loooong time. But RX circuits and more rally stages must be the focus now.
