I’m only joking.

Well anyway it’s a 2000cc,if i’m Not wrong in America they run 2.0 engines in the open class...

Yeah, it could go in 2000cc, but it would get spanked by the WRCars...

...I know we have pondered that car before (because @gfRally), as CM seem to have a good relationship with Subaru/US rally and they could maybe add an "Open" class. But what else would you put in the class with it?

Yeah you are right,it’s very unlikely...open class are 1300+ kg. with the same power output. it would gang banged by the wr cars for sure.(not to mention also wr cars overall build level)

It's a cool car, but I can't see how it would fit in with the current classes...

Agreed I don’t think we need it unless they add a new class, we need a Subaru Legacy, (group a) 97-00 wrc Impreza or a 03-07 wrc car (2000’s).

has anyone got screenshots of the new liveries and what cars are they for?

@tbtstt @AlexSpartan316 Since you mentioned it, the VT15 car runs a 2.5 liter engine (or based on that block) possibly heads/stroke have changed that displacement.  Unlike the rest of the world getting a EJ20, we have had a EJ25 for a while.  Probably going back to a 2.3 with the new FA23 turbo that is being used in the huge Assent.  Owner Lance Smith has mentioned that SRT cars are pretty set between an R5 and a WRC car.  Where would a car like this fall in the game?  I don't think it should matter, maybe a special class of cars or on its own.  Maybe have an R5(US) class with a larger turbo restrictor (in game theory) to compete.  This year Barry McKenna has done very well competing against Subaru with his US Spec R5 car.  Another rather common practice here is stuffing 5.0 liter mustang motors into Mark2 Escorts, and GM LS v8 motors into just about anything - Mazda RX7, and Chevy Sonic to name 2.  Oh the Sonic that occasionally runs here had to add a lot of lead to the car to come up to specs on power/weight ratio for the open class, its a bit of a novelty, but so is KB 😂 when he shows up (to burn his Codriver).

Sorry to ramble, but never going to pass up a chance to educate you EU guys about American Rally, as best as I can.

I do not like the new season 3 liveries

Today there was a patch again, but where are the patch notes?

It's likely 1.10.1, notes are in the usual place (Technical Assistance)

That's really interesting to read. I thought that the Vermont cars (rally and rallycross) were all still EJ20-based @gfRally, was the Vt15 the first car to go EJ25?

Well its more of a cost / availability over here to get.  If they have engine problems, its much easier to source a mustang motor than a Milligan over here, let alone someone to work on it.      The one guy that regularly competes a full season can’t really afford the downtime of shipping back and forth to UK.

@tbtstt no I believe they have been running 2.5s here since they where available to the American market.

That being said the open class here has always been a mixed bag of loose rules IMO, it used to be you had to have the original production shell and engine block, but the above mentioned Mk 2 Escorts and other cars running LS motors clearly do not fit that rule any shell/motor standard. So its possible Subaru is using something else, and I was told differently.
