Eurogamer has reservations and concerns, but "It's a very different type of Dirt, but I think a lot of people are going to be alright with that."

I read that review. It was so empty of info on the game, more like a quick preview than someone who played it properly and explored all the features. There was so much that wasn't mentioned, like the DirtFish rally school.

I think it must take a special kind of patience when you are a developer and spend months on the game putting in features only to have them completely ignored at the review stage.

I looked at some real life video of wales and the track isn't as bumpy as I tought in the first place. So from my point of view the bumpiness of wales is spot on!
"Codemasters... Bumpiness is our specialty"

Seriously though, I agree and I think that Wales is gonna be awesome fun for years to come!
Just imagine I have 16 000 miles on Dirt Rally and it had 70 stages. Ive been playing for one year and I never got bored. When I think that this game has millions of tracks, man i'll be playing for 10 years straight ahahah!!!
Just checked my stats, I also have just over 16 000 miles :D

Barely on topic, but DiRT 4 was there and a few DiRT 4 stickers did make their way onto cars, so here are a few pictures from the last round of the World Rallycross Championship at Lydden:

And a few of the Retros:

I shall be attempted to reenact the last picture when DiRT 4 drops through my letterbox!

Few more pictures here:

If anyone is interested!

Eurogamer's isn't the only review on the Internet, and they're not obligated to list every feature in the game. There's IGN's review for that. EG focused more on the experience of driving, and I thought it was a fair review (but I've always enjoyed EG's reviews, ever since Kieron Gillen's Fable review).

Hah! So that we can make them good!
@KickUp I am really glad to hear you guys are improving the league (club) system. Our sim racing group got so much mileage out of the game due to it, two years of nearly continuous rally championships and events out of DR due to this system. Hopefully the improvements will mean far less spreadsheet work for our championships in the future. :)

If you need a medium sized group (20-30) to help test it and/or give feedback, we would love to get involved. We ran all sorts of different championship formats: multi-class, teams, championships within championships, etc. so I feel like our experience using (abusing?) DR's league system could be helpful from a league admins perspective.

I noticed in some videos and screenshots that an American flag is used for Jen Horsey. :s Is there any chance I can do this in-game:

We asked her and she requested USA, sorry
Strange... I wonder why?
Professionally she lives and works in America and it made more sense to her in that regard
Fair enough. Then my cars shall be the exemplars of international cooperation. They will have the longest undefended armrests in the world.

Thanks for the explanation!
