'Carefully does it' achievement doesn't pop up!

Hi guys, I've been racing for 100+ hours but this achievement hasn't unlocked yet. Yesterday I tried a 3 laps quick race especially for this achievement. Started second on the grid as Nico Rosberg, I won the Abu Dhabi GP. Damage was set to simulation, as always. I didn't touch anyone and I had no damage to my car, but nothing happened...

I play on Xbox One and only 5% of all the players have unlocked this one so far. So is it bugged maybe? 
Any tips how to unlock this one?

I FUCKING DO! What is this? They arent updating the game anymore and i want to platinum this shit :/
