[Modding PC] Change Team Performance/Drivers

Hi,

How can i change the performance of certain teams (make Mercedes slower and Mclaren faster for example) and how can i change the drivers (or at least names/faces)?

I saw some YT vids on that and it is really great :dizzy:

Can you help me?
