Since when do Formula 1 cars have glue on their front wing?

Speed tape? Kimi's car had some Speed Tape in Belgium (IIRC it was Kimi, the car's bottom was taped). Best option as always.
But anyway - what are we talking about, again?

I don't know about glue but they do put paint on it.This allows them to check the air flow by seeing where the air carries the paint and deposits it on the rest of the car.

OP probably means if you touch someone in front of you, it feels like you get stuck with them sometimes and cant get off. It just happened to me last race. Yes its anoying and unrealistc.

Possibly he talking about AI bashing you from behind and sustaining no wing damage?

^^^ I really like the simulation damage but I hate the fact that the AI does not receive simulation damage. If I rear end someone I destroy my front wing. When the AI rams another AI or myself, nothing happens to them.
