[DiRT 3 Complete Edition] Problem adding liveries.

Hi all! I bought DiRT 3 Complete Edition on Steam recently and the first thing I did was to create a livery for the BMW M3, but when I tried to add it to the game I encountered a problem. 
I followed the steps of this tutorial:

I found the database.bin and made a copy of it as a backup. I opened up Ryder's Database Editor and exported the database.bin as a XML file. Then, I should open a file named database_schema.xsd, and here is the problem: I can't find it in the Database folder (its supposed location), so, is it missing from the Steam version, or maybe in the Complete Edition it is located on another folder? 
I need your help with this please!
