"No Rules" Online Lobby

I just picked up "NASCAR Heat Evolution" and noticed that they have a "No Rules" online lobby. I have never seen this option before and thought it might be a good idea. It might help solve some of the ramming and general all around bad behaviour with some of the racers out there. Not sure if CM would implement this sort of thing in their F1 series but it couldn't hurt as the penalty system is in the same sorry state as ever before...
