Check this out guys ! eight new cars for DR at RaceDepartment !? I didn't think it was possible for third party DLC cars to be added ?

What kind of cars where they? There have been some car conversion mods on that site. Mostly dirt 3 imports

I can confirm that they were there earlier this evening. Didn't bother to give them a closer look, as I assumed they were of the same type as previous ones where the visual model gets replaced, but the abilities of the original cars remains.

You do realize you're linking to a mod page, right? Those cars could have simply been mods that replace current in-game cars.

Yep, they were mod's as foppaldo describes here, not come across those before so I thought they were new DLC cars. There was a  Audi Quattro, Mitsubishi and some very odd stuff like a McLaren, Corvette and Mustang !? Author was NickJackPT.

Glad I wasn't going mad and another member saw them !

How do these visual mod cars work ? are they worth bothering with ?

I think they are just visual imports with models only from the other CM games or just the older DiRT titles.
