Formula One and Rally - but with electric cars?

Well I wonder what you guys think if in future all F1-cars and Rally-cars are replaced with ones that only have electric engines. I remember people getting angry at the new V8-engines introduced to the Formula 1, loosing its iconic sound and so on.

I wonder what you guys will think when they all the iconic engine sounds disappear in Rally and F1?
