Footwork?

Recommended Posts

Left Foot brake 24/7 unless the car has a H shifter, same with real F1/race drivers

Left brake, right foot for acceleration. You wil loose to much time if you brake and accelerate with your right foot like in a normal car.

I drive like they drive in real life.

F1 - Left Brake/Right Throttle
GT - Left Brake/Right Throttle, with some Right-Foot Braking on long stints because it seems to aid with fuel saving and it's sometimes more comfortable.

Depends on the car and shifting!
Paddle Shift / Open wheeler: Left foot braking
Paddle Shift / Rally Car: Left foot braking / Right foot braking w. Heel 'n' toe + clutch kicking
Sequential gear: Left foot braking /  Right foot braking w. Heel 'n' toe
H-Shifter: Left foot braking without downshift / Right foot braking w. Heel 'n' toe

Or if you are quite good you could heel toe, but thats more for your gt cars. Stick with left foot braking, right foot accelerate, otherwise you are losing time when moving your feet around.

left foot braking, right accelerate,
G27, I use the far left pedal for accelerate and nothing in the middle - took it out (like I take out a lot of my AI racing competitors)
