An official F1 intro is in the game.Honestly, how many guys will see the footage and will say: "Looks like F1 2016". Why? Because of the same HUD. Looks identical again. With the official F1-style-HUD everyone would say: "This is great. Looks like F1 2017. Something new." But again a boring "game" HUD, nothing from the reality. Oh dear, Codemasters. Now we get an official F1-intro in F1 2017, but again the same old school racing game HUD made by Codemasters. I really hate it, when someone makes an original product to his own. It's a must have for an official game to have everything just as you know it from the tv. An official game should be the mirror of realism.This is ridiculous! I mean how long do we have to wait until they understand, that this graphic elements are also important for an official F1-game? The biggest problem is, nobody of these guys tell us the detailed reason why there is no official F1-style-Hud SINCE the beginning when they develpoed every year a new game 2009!!! And please, no one can say that they had not enough time to bring the F1-style-HUD in the game. Instead they work for classic content for the second time in the course of this is the main product game not finished with all original elements.And there are jzst two missing: RED FLAGS and OFFICIAL F1-BROADCAST-STYLE-HUD!Is nowbody of these guys watching Formula one in tv?Had no one of them the idea to implement it in the game? It is a matter of course, that this is a must-have!Why must the community become louder every time?And what count already a feedback, if so many want it?By the way, this discussion got 5.8 K views. Is this nothing? There were already lot of other discussions to this topic. Everytime they were closed by the admins. What is there problem to talk to us.With such things, maybe this HUD-point is for some people just only a little thing, but we all love hopefully Formula One. Most of us are hardcore fans. kfekete 4 Posted June 14, 2017 Hi All,This is my first post, however I follow this forum since Codemasters gets the license (in 2008?).Official HUD is my no. 1 wish in every year.I think we can still have hope, that this year the official HUD will be in the game. I assume that the official broadcast style should be signed off as well (like any other element of the game). Till E3 the HUD was just not signed off by FOM.
