Cant play dirt 3 because of windows live

Recently i got a knew computer witch stopped my windows live account from signing in automatically. Whenever i try to play dirt i try to sign into my gfwl account but when i do i have to put in the product code but it says the code has been used on another account but i dont have any other accounts. PLEASE HELP !

The same thing happens to me but instead of saying the code has been used it just says that the password is incorrect which isn't true because I had just changed the password for my GFWL account

Are you using any ASCII symbols in your password? Because I had a similar issue but I've fixed it by changing my password to numbers and letters only.
