DiRT Rally won't run.

I just recently bought DiRT Rally. I own the Steam version. After installation I tried playing it, but nothing happens when I press play. I've tried moving it to another HDD, compatibility mode, disabling my antivirus and checking the integrity of the files. I'm running Windows 10 with the latest updates installed. My specs are: CPU: i5-4670K, GPU: GTX 970 and 12GB DDR3 RAM.
