PLEASE CODEMASTERS, BRING BACK THESE CLASSIC CARS

Recommended Posts

I would LOVE it, if all the eras gets into F1 2017 Classic Cars:

2 Cars from the very start of F1 back in 1950
2 Cars from the 1960 F1 Season
2 Cars from the 1970 F1 Season
2 Cars from the 1980 F1 Season
2 Cars from the 1990's F1 Season (THE BEST SEASONS AND CAR DESIGN ERA EVER)
2 Cars from the 2000's F1 Season

This way you get to see what it would feel like using different era's of F1,

I think it would be very interesting to see how the 1950's cars would handle and see the cars what started the whole of Formula 1
T think this would allow players new and old hardcore players (LIKE MYSELF) to experience the evolution of Formula 1

PLEASE ADD IN 1 CAR FROM BACK IN 1950, NO OTHER GAME HAS EVER GONE BACK THAT FAR BEFORE

CLASSIC CARS I WANT CODEMASTERS TO REVEAL:
2000 JORDAN
2002 JAGUAR
2006 RENAULT
2005 MCLAREN
1950 MASERATI
1960 FERRARI
1970 LOTUS
1990 FERRARI
1991 JORDAN
2003 BMW
1998 MCLAREN

I REALLY HOPE CODEMASTER REVEAL MOST OF THESE, AS THESE ARE MY FAVORITES OF ALL TIME IN THE WHOLE OF FORMULA 1

Codemasters sais that they will implement cars from max. 30 years ago, so, that leaves us with cars since '87. That will leave us without both '50, '60 and '70 cars that you said. The other cars that you said, that could be implemented are:
Ferrari 1990. If they're going to put 2 cars or more from 1 team, there is the possibility. If they're going to put also cars which haven't won the championship, the Ferrari of 1990 could be in the game. Otherwise, if they're just going to make championship winners, then this car won't be.
Jordan 1991. Same than '90 Ferrari, if there are only title winning cars, this car won't be.
McLaren 1998. Well, that one would be ok, if they implement 2 cars from 1 single team.
Jordan 2000. Again, not championship winning car, so I don't think it will be in the game.
Jaguar 2002. Not championship winning, and there's already one 2002 car (Ferrari F2002).
BMW 2003. Same than before, didn't win the World Championship.
McLaren 2005. Same, didn't win the title.
Renault 2006. That one could be in the game, and I think it will be (either 2006 Renault or 2005 Renault), as it won the WDC. I would like it.

U can say all of this, but to be a classic it doesn't have to win the champ. And if cm do it off that they need to rethink what they're doing, cause it's not right.

Like 2005 McLaren was easily the fastest car on the grid, but was rly in-reliable and defo would have broke some records if it was reliable.

I just want the 1995 Footwork driven by Taki Inoue. Is it too late to license a 13th car? Or DLC maybe? :P Or maybe for 2018, you can have all the classics from 2017 + 12 more.

Yeah, having the cliche top teams Ferrari, Williams, and McLaren is cool and all, but some obscure references and midfield cars would be cool too. What about the yellow Jordan in the late 90s early 00s? That's a fan-favourite.

Anyway, I'm sure Codies' list is going to be a good one.
