"Acces all Areas" dlc pack for dirt 4

Any plans to add what was done for dirt 2 the "access all areas" dlc it gave dirt 2 a second breath of life down the road.  made multi-player much better allowing all vehicles on every track wether it be out of discipline.  Would like to see battersea rallycross circuit added aswell.
