[DiRT 4 Feature Request] Ability to use input devices simultaneous like Pad+Keyboard

I would like to be able to use my xbox pad and keyboard at the same time. 

First issue i noticed: started the game with pad and was not able to set a player name because the keyboard won´t work so i had to exit and restart the game with keyboard at first.

Other issues: Because of the limited pad buttons it´s cleary not possible to be able to change the seat position or other aditional stuff.

This all could be fixed if the player would be able to use pad+keyboard at the same time so please implement this Codemasters :)
