FPS drop in new RX events

In rally my fps stay in range of 110-144. In "old" Lyden, Hell, Holjes it works just like in rally, but in new france and portugal event fps drops to 20-40 range. Neither CPU, nor Gcards seem to make any efforts to work harder. judging from msi afterburner charts cards are almost idle, just like CPU.
Some evil stuff going on with those new tracks.
My rig i7-7700k@4.6, 2x ocGTX1080 sli, ssds and other stuff.

update: actually it's bad for all RX tracks. On none of them my FPS exceed 55.
