New Classic Cars - Ferrari 1995, 2002, 2004, 2007

Recommended Posts

As cool as it is, it'll probably end up being a gimmick that people will try a few times and never bother with them again.

FOUR different cars of the SAME  team. Why not Mercedes Mc Laren, Benneton, Brawn GP, Jordan. I am afraid the rest of the game would be as disapointing as this

Except that we all knew F2002 already, that's 3 new confirmed cars.
5 cars to go!

how is that going to disappoint you? V12 pure sound of the 412T2, one of the best engine sounds ever! F2002 and F2004 two of the most dominating cars in F1 history. Sorry I tried to but I cannot get your point. And...didn't they already confrim that it would be classic cars from 4 different teams? So we would have Ferrari, Williams, McLaren and Red Bull

Before they included classic cars: You know, they really should include classic cars. It's part of the history, offers more content, and it sure is fun to drive around in some classic cars!

After they included classic cars: Ah, just a gimmick. Who cares.

Ffs...

Four Ferrari, one mc Laren, one Williams and one Red Bull makes it 7 altogether. While It has been anounced that there Will be 11 Classic cars in total. Just four to go...

Putting words into my mouth. I've never said that they should include classic cars. Was disappointed with their inclusion in F1 2013 and am now because I'd rather development time be put elsewhere.

Well it has been leaked that classic cars are from 5 different manufacturers and that are 12 in total. So
• FERRARI
 - 412 T2
 - F2002
 - F2004
 - F2007
• McLAREN
 - MP4/4
• WILLIAMS
 - FW14B
• RED BULL
 - RB6

Given the history of Ferrari, I would say four cars is a fair number. There are still five new cars to announce and a new manufacturer

Then i hope that the Mc Laren MP 4/13 Will be included as well, not only pleasure the Ferrari fans

Wake me up when they bring out season stuff, I.e. 2017. I like to race full seasons against cars of the same season, like a full championship, not half-baked single races between cars from different years. If they had, for example, every car from the 2004 season, I would prefer that 100 times over 12 cars scattered over different seasons.

I think I did 10 laps with the 1996 Ferrari at Imola with F1 2013, because it used to be one of my favorite cars of all time, but I found it quite pointless to do anything more.

If there is one more constructor to go, surely it has to be Lotus?

There is 12 in total. Senna's McLaren though is a preorder or day 1 bonus

Given the difficulty of negotiating the agreements I would say that is highly likely since they licensed Lotus cars for F1 2013.

I guess Renault is a possibility

Maybe. On the other hand, classic cars was pretty much the only reason I kept playing 2013 after the first few weeks (and still play it today).

Same here. The addition of the classics has got me really into F1 2017 - day 1 for me.

I still play F1 2013 for the classic cars for a few hours a week and put in loads of hours when it first came out. Brilliant value game for me. The Ferrari models on the twitch video last night looked great. Can't wait to have a go.

Personally I don't get having both the 2002 and 2004 Ferrari's (too similar). Why not an 80's Ferrari as well, also allowing a V12 on the roster? Also 4 Ferrari's on a list of 12 cars seems excessive. Personally I would have selected the 1982 Ferrari (Gilles Villeneuve), the 1996, the 2004 and 2007. The 1996 was already in F1 2013, so I guess that might be why they selected the 1995 instead.

That said, I absolutely love the 2007 car being on there. I am a big fan of Kimi, so that F2007 is a great addition. That has to be my favorite alongside the Mclaren MP4-4 being in the classic cars (of those announced).

Can't wait to find out the other cars they haven't announced yet...
