Missing replay camara?

The camara im talking about is the one mounted too the back of the car facing the driver and co-driver. It does appear in the mixed camaras but you can't manually switch to it and use that camara throughout the whole replay. Am i missing something? I do like this camara angle because you can see the drivers footwork and gives a more onboard feel
