Any way to have more than one location in a Freeplay Championship?

I set up my championship over 6 stages in one country, then want to change location. But that always deletes the previous country's stages.

Any way to have all 5 locations in a Championship?

AFAIK you have to hit confirm after adding the stages, it then allows you to change location and add more?
