[DIRT 4] "Ready to start" does not start

As a title, the game is installed correctly, I checked the files through the steam options, it does not boot from steam or file.exe on the pc.

come da titolo, il gioco è installato correttamente, ho controllato i file tramite le opzioni di steam, non si avvia ne da steam ne da file.exe sul pc.
