Dirt 4 - games freezes after update 1.04 and game is punishing me because of that freezes

So after this update i had some game freezes in rally and competition mode after reaching the marshal and the game punishes me with deduction of 7 ranking points. Also i got a warning that I will be temporary banned in future ... so what does this mean?

For me it says:  Please do not play online competition because the game is so buggy that we have to ban you to make sure that nobody can see this crap?

CM you have to make sure that your game is functioning before you punish your customers for playing your game.
