Dirt 4 Monthly Time Not Calculating Properly?

I could be missing something. But, If I add up my 12 stage times, it equals about 56 minutes. But, my time on the leader board is about 71 minutes. This puts me in almost last place. I am not the best in the world, but I am usually in the 2nd tier. This is on Xbox One.
So, is this a bug or is it some sort of penalty?
