F1 2014 or F1 2013 ??

Recommended Posts

I am going to buy F1 13 or 14 (my laptop is quite low-rank... :P) since i know I can run 2014.
But i found critics against F1 2014 saying the '13 is better... which one do you prefer ?

And what about F1 2012 ? (I saw F1 2013 is no longer on Steam...)

Is there a career mode ? DRS / KERS ? Damage quality ? Pit stops ? Etc...

2012 is a good game and one of my personal favorites. It's career mode is like F1 2013's so you're not missing much between the two. It has all of the things you named.

Better than F1 2014 ?

2015 has no career. 2013 is not on Steam. 2014 was very bad according to previous comments. 2016 is too big for my laptop...

only 2012 remains...

I just tried the F1 2012 demo and it is very nice !!! Just made the Young driver Test, some practice, a go to the race where I got the Pole and I won the Race on the second try !!! I know it was on easy level and only 5 laps but it was nice, game was fluid, maybe it's because I wasnt in the "traffic"... DRS, KERS, enough recent drivers... I think I'll buy it tomorrow !!!

@racingfan007

How about getting yourself F1 2010 / 2011 / 2012 / 2013 together, those games are super cheap on sale and are much much better than F1 2014 / 2015 in general, this way you won't miss out on the ingame action for sure! ;)

Not f1 2010 tho cause it doesn't work on pc. And if u get '11 make sure u first of all run it in win 7 comp mode and as admin. And also add a xbl.dll

Edit: Scrap the thing about 2010 cause I just got it to work. All u do is add xlive.dll and an xlive configuration file. But don't run f1 2010 is an admin or comp mode
