They will not fix Dirt 4

I have been unable to play Dirt 4 since I purchased it 30 days ago. On the PS4 with Logitech G29 L2 & R2 buttons do not work. My hand brake is hard wired to L2, since I cannot bind this button, game unplayable for me. Oddly enough on dirt Rally all the G29 buttons work and can be bound. They offer no response,  or hope that they will address or are aware that many people have this problem. Total lack of respect for customers, in my opinion. This may be unfortunately that LAST game I ever purchase from this company. Deplorable state of gaming when companies release unfinished games and do not even address problems in a timely fashion.
