So I have the Private Collector perk in my Facilities and have been somewhat keeping track of the rares that I see. I have a pretty good collection going on now but there are a few that I never see come up. I was wondering if any of you have ever seen them or know if you unlock them through the Career or an achievement.

Group A: 95 Impreza - Rare version or Career unlock?

NR4/R4: Both the Subbie and EVO - I've never seen these pop as a rare. Is there only the one Livery versions that you get from the Dealership?

Up to 2000cc: Impreza. Rare versions or just the Career unlock? I have unlocked this one in the Career.

Up to 2000cc: 07 Ford Focus Castrol livery . Rare versions or Career unlock?

H2 RWD: Fiat 131 Abrath and the Opel Kadett. Rare versions or Career unlock?

H3 RWD: Opel Ascona 400. Rare versions or Career unlock?

RX Supercars: The only Livery car I've seen pop is the Ibiza. All others have been Dealership purchased or Career unlock (Solberg).

As a side note, when rares do pop in the Classifieds I usually see 1 to 2 rares at a time. Sometimes (rarely) I will see 3 at once. The other night I noticed I had not seen any rares in a while. Then up pops 5 at once. What are you guys seeing?

The Group A Impreza livery is definitely a career unlock. 2001 Subaru livery as well.

I think the R4's "rare" liveries are exclusively from the dealership.

Gr A 95 Impreza - 555 Livery ( censored version ) unlocked winning Triple Crown. I'm not sure if just completing, without winning, is enough to unlock it.

NR4/R4 - Prodrive Livery, for Subaru, unlocked through Career. I don't remember in which Event. Monster Livery, for Evo, you get buying the car in Dealership.

Up to 2000cc -  Focus '01 Livery unlocked in Classifieds. Subaru '01 playing through Career. Focus '07 Castrol, we can play with this Livery, choosing the car, in an Event, and then choosing this Livery. It's silly that we don't "unlock", or can choose this Livery through Garage ( there's more unique / rare liveries, like this one, as the KN Livery for Alpine, as example )

H2 RWD -  Fiat 131 Abarth Works Team Livery unlocked winning last Championship of Historic Rally. Not sure if completing is enough. Opel Kadett, same as the Focus '07 Castrol livery.

H3 RWD -  Opel Ascona and Renault 5 Turbo, same as Focus '07 ( this is super silly )

RX Supercars - Ibiza through Classifieds, all the others through Dealership

RX Gr b - All like Focus '07. Wurth Livery for S4 RX i'm yet to know where/how we can get.

You can get the Pat Doran Rallycross RS200 from the classified section. I bought it last week and have seen it again since then. 

The cars have bought are the Seat Ibiza F2 car, the Evo, Lancia and Escort Cosworth from the Group A cars, the M3, Stratos and Sierra (still not an RS500 btw Codies) from the H3 cars, both H1 cars, the 205 gti, the 2001 Focus and the Mk 2 Escort. 

I saw a Supercar Lights car in the red and white livery earlier today, but didn't have enough credits to buy it. Others I have seen at some stage or another but haven't had enough credits for are the 205 T16 and the Nittis Rallycross Seat. 

I'm not sure if the Wurth 037 will appear or not and I'm wandering if the Audi will appear with a full 'B spec' like the other rare cars.

You're right, about the Ford RS200 RX. We can get the Livery through Classifieds, my bad, sorry.

Lancia 037 Wurth Livery shows up on Classifieds, Audi E2 i never saw with a full B Tier, since Day 1.

Edit to add: Just like the Wurth Livery, for Delta S4 RX, that i never saw, another Livery that i never saw, and i don't know if we can get, or how, is the Gulf Livery for the Fiesta OMSE Lite RX2

Thanks for the replies. Yeah I haven't seen the Wurth Livery for the Delta S4 RX either. I'll let you know if I do.

@Richward25: Someone said on Reddit that the Quattro does appear in B spec but I have yet to see it.

I ran across the Quattro in the classifieds today that had about half B parts. I don't recall exactly but the top half were all B parts while the rest was C and D parts. That differs from the regular Quattro that you normally see in the classifieds.

I ALWAYS have the quattro listed (maybe 90% of the times I've checked), with different part classes, which is why I keep passing on it in favor of something I might really need at the moment or is more rare.

The last one I really wanted, but had to pass on, was a liveried group b ford rs200. I know I am gonna regret that.

I am starting to see a lot more cars with liveries in the classifieds, probably once I got past level 25 or 30. Now I see several every time I check.

EDIT: I've only upgraded private collector once.

To be honest, i find the Private Collector upgrades kinda useless. Why? Because i got all the rare liveries without never applying a single upgrade to it. Only after i already had them all, i upgraded straight from no upgrade to Tier A ( took some days to get all the Liveries tough ).

Everyday i look, more than once, into Classifieds ( i'm yet to see / get the Wurth Livery for Delta S4 RX, if we can get it... ) and i noticed that all that a Tier A Private Collector upgrade does is, cars in Classifieds show up with way less distance driven, event starts and terminal accidents, and cars that aren't full B tier can pop up with a "couple" more of B parts.

Tier A Private Collector doesn't make Rare Liveries show up more often, i'm 99,9% sure of this.

I was starting to think that the "proper" livery Group B rallycross cars were never going to appear in the classified, but I just got my first one (Pat Doran's RS200). Hopefully the rest will pop up as well. 

Apart from the garage, I did exactly as @Alf72 did and upgraded each part of the team from no upgrade to "A" as my level got high enough. I'm sure I saved cash that way, which has of course enabled me to buy more cars!

I now have all the Group B rally cars with a genuine livery (and of course all "B" parts) with the exception of the Quattro E2 and I am missing a few other H1 and H3 cars. I am yet to do any of the classic rally events though, so I wonder if they will appear (or be unlocked?) as I start to progress through more rally events.

It was the last thing I upgraded and had money to burn. I honestly didn't know enough about the classifieds and how they worked and at that time had only bought one or two cars from there when I did upgrade to Tier A. So I have nothing to compare to. I check them all the time now and have a good feel for what's common and not.

I am curious though, someone told me that before the first or second patch that just by closing the Classifieds and going back in caused them to refresh. It's now fixed. What's your take on how they refresh now? From what I can tell they will refresh after each event in a Championship.

The Historic Rally and the RX versions I wouldn't say are common, but I wouldn't say they are rarest either. They'll be back around.

I don't have a way to prove this, but from my experience looking into the Classifieds, through all day, everyday, i'd say that Classifieds refresh at every ~6-8 hours. Don't quote me on this because i don't know if i'm right, but usually i see 3 different "batches" of rare cars, per day. In the morning, afternoon and then at night.

You don't need to play the game all day, to see this happening. Lately, all i do in D4 is do the Dailies, and log ingame, once in awhile, to look into the Classifieds ( i'm still hoping that the Wurth livery for Delta S4 RX will show up :p )

Really regret reading this thread. I just passed over the Wurth livery for the Delta S4 RX last night because I wasn't aware how rare it was. I can confirm it's obtainable through the classifieds.

I keep seeing the same ones over and over. Have them all but they still appear. It's funny seeing some say they've had a group complete opposite of others, maybe a bug
Ones I NEEEEED and wanted from day 1  are the Pug Maxi and a couple Gr.B RX cars but they simply never appear 
Funny how that works. Maybe I stop giving a flip an they'll appear  :#

The livery for Peugeot 306 Maxi doesn't show up in Classifieds, you get the livery playing through Career.

The liveries for the Gr. B RX cars, the only one that shows in Classifieds is the one for Ford RS200 RX. All the others we can only play / have them, choosing a Team offer. Yeah, it's odd, i know...

I've checked the Classifieds religiously for weeks. I've purchased all of the rares I believe at this point and I have never seen that car in the classifieds. I am curious now.

Right, bought the 306 on a whim, checked liveries and the Clarion was already there. Must've unlocked early I think I'm around level 65 after all the career and speed click the championship results - that'll teach me

The 205 just popped up for me, full B specs, 478,796  :'( , I had just bought the Audi, so I'm like 250k short  :s

I occasionally run the stadium trucks landrush career championship. It's 5 events 2 races each. A qualifier and a main. If you place 1rst in all events you can win around 500k.

If you don't like that discipline or rage quit because of the AI, drop the difficulty down a notch or two from Tough. It's not going to make that much difference in  money by the end of the championship. When ever I need cash, I'll run this to build me bank roll back up. Takes about 45 minutes total. Or even do two or three events out of the championship at a time. You still get paid at the end of each event.

I'm in the middle of the rally championship for the middle crown. And when I say middle, I mean 1/5 events done... I wish the game would let you leave a championship and resume it later.

Also, I noticed that the Audi is the only car that defaults to a real world livery, and can't be changed to your team's livery. Wonder what licensing issues they had with Audi for that t happen?
