Hey, whats deserter penalty and how can I get rid of it?

I think its a 75% points reduction penalty for your next 10 matches. Its basically seen as abandoning a game either from selecting your vehicle, as the game commences or midway through a race/battle/elimination.

This is happening I believe if the server fails too which needs addressing as thats something thats out of the players hands yet you are still penalised for it.
