Latest Movie/Tv show you watched

Recommended Posts

Even the version I had on VHS as a kid was still just the original 'special editions'. So post Han/Greedo change but pre-ghost-Hayden-Christiansen change.

...there are too many versions!

Just watched Breaking Bad for the first time. Needless to say, I'll be watching every episode over the next few weeks :)
Tried watching it but couldn't get into it.

My mates say I'm a Simon actually!

It's great, we have a group of about 5 friends and elements of each of the characters come through somewhere :D

Godzilla

The ending wasn't great, but the first half of the film was brilliant! Every part that had Bryan Cranston in was good. Every part of the film without him was just ok.

I'm gonna make my case with the G/F to go see Godzilla purely on the fact Cranston is in it.

Actually, this episode was one of the few that I wouldn't classify as porn.

Queued up a lot of shows this week. I want to check out Halt and Catch Fire, Penny Dreadful, and Hannibal. Will need to find time this week for a few anime's as well.

Watched Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2 this weekend, it was alright. Not quite as funny as the original.

Edge of Tomorrow and X-Men Days of Future Past.

Edge of Tomorrow was actually pretty badass. Really enjoyed it, and even though Tom Cruise was the usual Tom Cruise, the action and story was good enough to keep your interest. The best part though, my friend going to the toilet and then falling over on the steps when walking back in. I choked and cried from laughing :p

Days of Future Past didn't do quite so much for me. It was ok, definitely watchable, but it just didn't pull me in. But none of the X-Men films really have if I'm honest.

Last movie was The Faults In Our Starts. Wasn't really my cup of tea, I was expecting it to be sadder than it was though.

The book was pretty good. Not seen the film yet but looked pretty faithful to the book from the trailers.
