I can't believe everyone notices the martini sponsor not being there but misses that there is no giant Marlboro sponsor on the rear wing of the MP4/4 or MP4/6

yes in free practice you get to test the part if it works well on the car in the case it failed and doesn't improve the car you can remove it. now what happens with that failed part that did not work can you try again to develop it and hope for better results?

No, that is not true. There is only your career driver(s), fictional classic car drivers and official 2017 driver in the game.

There is no VR support in F1 2017. Lee Mather has said that they will look into it for next games.

anyway you don't really need pre-season testing or testing days because developping part/R&D system is only available in career mod and during the course of the season.

Any news if in qualifying when were on "live tv feed"  we re be able to see the timing versus the best time or the 16th place time! I dnnt care id ita the official hud or nor! But ita stupid to see only the sector time of the guy were watching and the speed trap! @jennyannem

As far as I know there isn't any in 2017 it's something they're looking at for the future though. Lee mentioned this in an interview.

Only of the male avatars in the live stream none of the female ones. But I get the feeling we won't see them until the game drops anyway.

Not that I'm aware of but you can always limit yourself to a certain number if you wish.
