No. You said they were hideous first. You implied you wouldn't buy the game until you'd seen all the female avatars? So if that's what you're basing your decision to buy the game on, maybe go look at something 18+,  maybe you'll get something "not hideous" by your standards versus what you'll get in a PEGI3 racing game. 

Very bewildering thread but I must jump in and ask: What does having a good looking (or accurately female looking as the guy says they look like men) avatar have to do with a PEGI3 rating??? 

Agreed what I'd expect to see is a female wearing racing overalls and I think he expects the same. I didn't really notice it as I didn't really look that closely  I was more interested in how the rest of the game worked. Besides as I've said I'm sold because I like the new skill tree and classics and I think that was enough to convince me to get it although had they not improved the upgrade/skill tree I'd probably have skipped this year so I'm glad they did. For me the female avatars are just a bonus that'll allow me the flexibility to roleplay a bit. That's the only reason for me why I like them in there plus for the female gamers too so now they can play as themselves if they want.

I said it and I will say it again. I am not expecting supermodels, just women that look like they are women. And yes, does it shock you that this year I am buying this game on release day only if it has women? That's because I am not a hardcore f1 gamer (i actually play street fighter and overwatch mostly) and the fact that I can roleplay as an asian girl driver wanting making Mclaren great again is what hyped me up about this game.
Now if the women selection doesn't allow me to do that, then yes I (read ME, not YOU) am not going to buy this on release day. 
Maybe next year just for collection purposes ( I have all the f1 games)

Sigh, the absurdity of where this thread has gone. I know that in the past I have been quite vocal on the inclusion of female avatars but please lets not get carried away! I think some people who have posted here have been either a little overzealous in their word usage or have misunderstood the intent of a couple of comments. May I suggest we all walk away from a discussion that has gone alarmingly off topic now?

So the game is out next week, and there is still no solid information on the improvements of the multiplayer part.
I am very concerned, since F1 2016's mp was a mess. Does anyone have any confirmed info on that topic?

Other than it exists and you can us both the 2017 and classic cars in it not really but I douibt much has changed in that department anyway.
