F1 2017 several issues/questions

Recommended Posts

I installed today F1 2017 from Steam on my PC. Several questions I have after the first runs on track and you support would be highly appreciated to solve them soon.

1. My FANATEC CSW V1 F1 wheel (incl. Fanatec CSP V2 pedals with load cell brake) feels week and loose after setting it up with the default values (everything on 0) in game. On wheels sensitivity is set to 360 degrees. How will I get a tight, direct feeling with realistic FFB in game for a realistic driving. I tried out already the Codemasters recommendations for F1 2013 which worked quite well in the past for F1 2014-F1 2016 but it seems not for this years f1 game.

2. Another issue I have regarding the engineers voice. I almost can't understand anything from the engineer due to very low volume on voice. Had same issue already last year and could solve it on my WIN 10 64Bit PC, Logitech Z906 5.1 Soundsystem with onboard Realtek Soundchip. How do I get a good realistic sound setup in game (default settings are all on 10) to hear the engineer clear and well and all other sounds?

3. I didn't found out where I can turn on the virtual mirror and there is also no setting available in the game settings. What is the correct keyboard command to activate the mirror ?

I'm looking forward hearing from you soon and thank you very much for your kind support.

kind regards

thydney

it seems that the ffb-problem is solved by the release of one of the last patches. had have no ffb-disconnects since days :-) but indeed, ffb is still not the best. my ffb-reference is PC or RRE and the F1 series is far away of those games.
