(Xbox one) Game keeps freezing/ crashing while in career mode

Game keeps freezing/crashing while in career mode need help fixing my problem
I've tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling it, I've tried a new save file

It was working but it's stopped working again

Same for me tonight. The game crashed to dashboard in career mode when I was 3 laps away from the end of a 50% race :neutral: Safe to say I'm annoyed I have to do the whole race again.

This is still occuring for me. It's getting ridiculous at this point

Has anyone tried playing any other disc- based games? if so do they work fine?
