F1 2017, how does setup works

Hi, i am in need of some help on the setup on cars. I do not understand them, could someone easily explain how they work?. I watched some tut on how setups work but they doesnt really explain pros and cons by turning up or down a setting. Anyone who would like to help me understand?

There is an explanation of what each change does in the game.  I can't seem to find an online guide with a more detailed explanation.  But there is this setup page:

You can use those setups as a base and make small adjustments to better fit your driving style.

The Golden Rule of making any changes to your car set up:  Make very SMALL (one or two clicks) changes ONE THING AT A TIME and then test out on track.
