I can confirm this. The commentary is also present in F1 2016 and the first time hearing it was quite strange.
I‘m on PS4.

I do not want to talk badly. I know it's hard to create a game within a year, but this issue for example and many other year-by-year bugs (meanwhile standard-bugs) are very, very naughty. We talk about Code"masters" and they can't find out, that there are commentators who talking about a Lotus team in F1 2017? I don't know, but should that be the confirmation for sassy copy and paste? They can't find the right way to repair bugs which are in the game since 20xx? The words are gradually missing. #FRUSTRATION
