Just to clarify is their no engine/gear box wear bug in 50% races?

I've been losing gears after only 3 race weekends (auto gears) and thought that this may have been the same bug. I do 50% races and full qualifying, plus all RnD events.

Well, probably there is, but it I guess it is half as bad as it is with the 25% races. It has to do with practice and qualifying, your race might be 25% but if you do a full practice and qualifying and rack up the laps you are wearing down your engine massively.

Its not just 25% races the engine wear is to high. 50% is also bugged but not as bad
50% is just fine, as stated several times before,I dont think the point of career mode is to jump in a car and be at the top in one or two seasons, I am currently in Singapore with at least 2 upgrades to each engine component, just changed to GB 3, there is a method to R&D in this year's game as there should be, i find 50% great and a bit challenging.

I am glad that CM are working hard to fix the issues that shouldn't have been present in the first place. This texturing issue must be addressed, however.

I cannot play this game right now like many other people here because the graphics are poor. Must be a big issue as it would have been fixed by now. I hope v1.06 fixes this problem!

Only problem I've found so far is that after 3 races of an online Championship (2 players, 18 AI), some points were taken away from the players and given to AI. (I had 43 and Vettel had 58, then I had 35 and Vettel had 66). Then after 5 races everyone's points got removed. It said we'd completed 5 races, but nobody had scored a point. Rather frustrating.

Has the career radio problem been fixed where the engineer thinks you have said something when you havent and says something like "Had trouble recieving, say again"? This seems to happen every couple of laps at the same part of a track.

Incorrect. 50% races also have this bug but it's not as bad as it was on 25%. An engine will last at most 3/4 races and the gearbox is about the same too

Damn, I was looking at some older threads I had saved in bookmarks. 

Codemasters, do you in any way verify that issues that have previously been patched in prior games are also brought forwards to the new game?

Many of the patches released last year fix issues that are now being experienced.
Reading the comments you'd be hard pressed to work out which game they were referring to if you hadn't dug 140+ pages into your forum...

I do agree that they should have changed it for all race distances. Maybe they did, but they forgot to mention it. Anyway, 25% was the most affected and made the career unplayable.

Just checked twitter of Lee Mather, he confirms they also tweaked 50%.
So we can say they checked and fixed both 25% and 50%.

Another bug still needs to be fixed: the abu dhabi hotel settings are wrong. The race starts with the sunset and the hotel lights are off and you do not enter when activated they change color according to the progress of the race.

Yeah it is not that bad, but many times it is the line between researching a performance upgrade or durability upgrade.

Quick work to say it's only been out a few days,hopefully the screen tearing and blocky graphics will be addressed as quickly...good work.
