[DiRT 4] Request for more detailed information how the UDP struct is build up

As the title says, it would be cool if an admin could post the UDP struct of DiRT 4, much like the F1 team has done for both 2016 and 2017
http://forums.codemasters.com/discussion/53139/f1-2017-d-box-and-udp-output-specification , this way it's easier for us developers to create tools, overlays and such.
I know a big focus on D4 is the custom UDP function, but as of right now i'm making a class library of different games, curently only F1 2017, plan on adding Assetto Corsa and hopefully D4 if i can get a hold of how it's build up, with their UDP packet values, for ease of access

Yes i do know about this PDF https://www.scribd.com/document/350826037/UDP-output-setup , but i have no way of knowing if that's actually how it's build up, as it states it has been sorted in alphabetical order.
