Steering wheel problem

Hi i got a major problem with my wheel I'm using a ISmart suzuka sw-5050, (I know it's pretty bad but i cant afford smth better) it has 270' and it looks like game doesn't see the center 90 degree 45' each side. Which causes huge deadzone and  making game impossible to play. I can add that in Windows, everything is fine and  I dont' have that problem in DiRT Rally or DiRT 3
