Missing blue flags

100% career race in Australia. Driving for Williams on the Xbox One with a pad. I've come around to the Saubers as back markers and they don't get any blue flags. They carry on without noticing and the AI cannot overtake them for a while either.

Blue flags don't work after a mid session save!

Yep same thing happened to me at after a mid session at Monaco. It was the most frustrating 10 laps ive had on this game up to now.

In my game there hasn't been any blue flags, and when i'm trying to overtake the back markers they try and block you.
