Multiplayer personal races hang at end of set...

Most of the time I play a set of races the game hang at the end of the last one SINCE last DLC.
We loose XP made on last race, must quit it, set a new one, re-invite friends on new one...
Is that a known bug with a fix in progress ?
In this picture you can see AI never left the grid on start, and get weird results... And all we can do is to quit, even waiting 10 minutes did not helped.

I would really like know,as a really dirt fan gamer/player,will like really be honest wth us,dirt 4 ever come out be realised.We have waited long enough nw:( !!!
