f1 lowers sound

so I play multiplayer with my friend and every time i play with him f1 lowers all off my sounds like music and teamspeak someone any advice how to fix it?

Control Panel|Sound|Communications Set to 'do nothing'.

Then set your levels. Works for Discord too.
