[BUG - PC / 1.6 Updated] Blue Flags Not Working

Race Length: 50%

New career save - first race at Australia and I start getting lapped by the leaders at around lap 17-ish, but there are no flashing blue flag track lights, radio warnings, nothing.

One thing to note is this happened after loading a mid-session save. I have no idea if this is specifically a mid-session save related issue or not.
