[BUG] AI do not do pit-stops under SC

Hi,

There are bug with AI, they do not do pit-stops under Safety Car.

Im runing carrer with 100% AI and 25% race with Renault, and win two GP, China and Russian, simple becuase AI did make pit-stops under Safety Car. They make pit-stops right after Safety-Car end!?

In both races Safety Car come in 1-2 laps before pit-stop, so my enginer recomender to change stratagy and I did... and it's easy wins without enjoy. 

Please fix it.

P.S. What beta testers did they do before game release?! Really... so many thinks missed.
