Multiplayer automatic timer after session ends?!

For example 30s is enough in my opinion after a session ex; practice/q/race whatever, i hate too wait for someone who not press the advance button then a full lobby of 15+ ppl are waiting for only him and for nothing. Frustrating. Can we get this sorted? Multiplayer barely playable because of this. Had to alt+f4 after like every 2nd race and go to  find a new lobby. Unacceptable.
