F1 times has the race to start in 5 hours? can anyone confirm if the FOM has changed the time?
The race will start at the original time (in 15 hours)
Whens the Typhoon meant to hit?
Possibly on Monday. Forecasts say 100% wet race though.
Ok thought they said around race start?
Here's the latest info

It's gonna be so interesting to see what the consequences of the typhoon will have. If it doesn't effect the race, what about all the flights and getting everything out to Russia? FP1 is on in less than a week! Gonna be very interesting to see how this all develops.

Wrong quote initially, I saw it :D @RevolvingPrawn‌  :p

The weather forecast says it will get heavier closer to race time, if that happens Whiting says the race won't happen...

Apparently the FIA wanted to run the race in the morning/midday and it was the race organizers and not the FIA that said no to the time change. They said no because they wanted the fans to have time to get here (despite them showing up for numerous support races). The fans must be overjoyed that the organizers gave them time to sit in a typhoon
