Hello i have buyed F1 2017 in this evening butt what are the best Steering options i can't figure it out?
Can you guys help me?
I have the t150, much as I hate to say it I play with force feedback completely off. I don't think the wheel is heavy enough for force feedback in this game but at some point I'll try it again. Still much more fun than the controller though.

Set your brake and accelerator pedals to a sensitivity that works for you. I sit a fair way back so I have 3/4 pressure on the brake and accelerator being 100% braking and flat out acceleration.

Leave everything else as it defaults but
map the controls to whatever works for you (I like
paddle shifters as gears instead of R2 and L2 if you're doing manual gearbox, or as DRS activation if you're not. I find O is easiest for switching the MFD windows).

And be sure the wheel is perfectly horizontal when you first power on the PlayStation so that it calibrates properly.

Hi,
good ole Santa delivered me a T150 for my PS4 this year. I have been playing f1 games for years with a controller and I’m ok at them, but using the wheel I can’t get anywhere near my previous times. A good r seconds per lap off on some tracks. Can anyone give me any tips? I know it’s a different way of racing and I it’s learning it all again, but just wondering if the setups are generally different. My problem appears to be accelerating rather than anything else, and loads of understeer which has been a problem before.

i am loving it so far and to be honest is making f1 2017 a new game again. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
cheers

Same boat as you Jim, as I have also been #blessed with a T150 for the PS4 console. The main method for me was going into Time Trial mode, and setting a hot lap on the pad, then trying to beat it on the wheel. The big thing is practicing and being consistent with lap times.

If necessary, lower the AI difficulty a couple points.

As far as steering goes, don't fully turn the wheel, as you'll get more than you expected. The wheel is very sensitive, and will respond accordingly. Monaco should be a fun track as the tight corners will be easier to navigate.
