Peut on changer la difficulté en mode carrière/ can I change difficulty in carrier mod ?

Tout d'abord, je ne sais pas si je dois m'exprimer en français ou en anglais.  
J'aurais aimé changer la difficulté en mode carrière. Ma saison à déjà commencé et je n'arrive pas à augmenter la difficulté dans le menu pause. Est-il possible? 
In first I dont know if I must to explain me in french or english language. 
I would like to change the difficulty in carrier mod.  My season began and I didn't change the difficulty in start menu. 
Is it possible ?

Hi @alonsokiller, yes you can change the difficulty. 

1) Going from one weekend to the next on the loading screen Options menu.
2) Going from the Main Menu > Career you'll be able to open the Options menu on the loading screen, then under Preferences > Race Settings
